Two more days till update 9

As we talked about this update before we are reminding you all gamers out there that still play (not like it’s not cool anymore, but it is) update 9 is coming to our platforms, depends which platform you are on. In the meanwhile you should check out this Dota 2 like Minecraft video we enjoyed and we just had to share it with you guys, just like we share our Mod Loader with you that is still up there for download.

Since now mobile is a big hit and a more and more game are transferring to these kind of devices, tablets and smartphone we wonder will Scrolls, the next Mojang game , come to iOS and Android or maybe even Windows Phone 8 which is something we shouldn’t ignore as Windows 8 too. With all those eights around us and Microsoft focusing on one big eco system we could probably see a new Xbox not with the name Xbox 720 but Xbox 8 which makes a lot more sense to press and players that love downloading games and programs.

Minecraft 1.5.1 update

You may noticed smooth lighting in Minecraft past months as an result of various updates, while the effect is all looking good and such some players reported that they have frame drop issue cause of that and in this 1.5.1 version of the game we hope this will be fixed, that damn Java just isn’t friendly with us.

But it’s not only PC that’s getting updates and new stuff, Mojang didn’t forget Xbox also, which just got a trailer for the end game or some call id Dragon ending and we also prefer that one. Make sure to watch the video below.

Not only frame drops are being fixed. Those horrible white lines you see sometimes between the blocks are now the thing of the past and we are forever grateful for programmers at Mojang for that, mods also can get in the trash cause of bugs like that. Speaking of mods TFC mod manager is still for download or as some may call it Mod Loader Minecraft.

The end in Minecraft on Xbox 360

4J Studios doesn’t stop working on Xbox 360 version, the console version of this indie block making gaming is getting more and more close to PC one, or Mac, what ever you prefer.  The star of this update, not update for TFC mod manager but Minecraft game is the Ender Dragon, which means you will kind of be able to finish the game, in game now. But that’s not the only thing that is new to this update 7, on PC called 1.01 as we may thought.

Animal breeding, potion brewing, experience points and enchantments and many other things is now something you will be able to experience on your console at home on your comfy couch. There is a catch, The end will be there only when Update 8 comes, but the dragon will be here we hope.

What about experience ? Yes! It is here, you will have your levels just like in any other game don’t worry, it won’t affect your gameplay much but it will sure be a cool addition to it.

1.4.5 prelease for Minecraft available

Even though it has nothing much to do with TFC mod manager it is still important to us players to keep track of updates for our Minecraft. Mod Loader which we like to call it mostly is still available for download, which is done in less than a minute, all files are working and legit, even tough some sites don’t offer an real download any more, like broken links or something, or missing files on Dropbox.

If you experienced broken LAN server functionality than this patch is certainly coming for you with a smile, it’s just that Minecraft needed to be patched again, even tough the developers weren’t expecting it. There is a good thing about this, and it’s that it affects only Client, not the servers so you will be able to play on servers with older version, also uploading and managing mods will still stay the same with TFC.

  • Clients now get the correct IP for LAN servers
  • Fixed the incorrect positions of some particles
  • … and fixes for MC-2507 (Entering IPv6 servers crashes the client), MC-2508 (Last page of /help missing), MC-2500 (Spawning baby villagers creates farmer baby villagers only), and MC-2498 (Spawning baby wolves from wild ones)

Those are some of the fixes that are coming now and we sure prepared our Client for update.

Pre-release for Pretty Scary Update in Minecraft

If you are an server admin ,or have any rights to an server or even a modder, which we would love, since it is minecraft and you use your TFC mod manager to load up your mods, you can be happy about this update. From what we’ve played it is showed off to us that there will be a new boss in Nether, called something with an W in it’s name, we don’t know the exact or want to say anything about it’s official name yet, since the update hasn’t gone live yet on the servers. But here’s a snippet about it.

Woho, time to get ready for 1.4! This release is the full 1.4, intended to prepare server admins and mod makers. Searge of the Minecraft Coder Pack has already been informed, as usual. This release will be pushed to the public on Wednesday, October 24! Since the snapshot yesterday we’ve fixed some bugs that were reported, as well as including new sound effects for the Wither, bats, the anvil and finally the Ender Dragon!

Xbox minecraft updateYou world, which is generated will not have anything new out there to offer on Minecraft Xbox 360 version, but only parts of the world that are not generated will be with new features, enemies and terrain types, which we are all used to on our personal computers at home, easily playing with friends multiplayer.

Xbox on 360 is getting updated more and more

Something like villages and strongholds are what you are about to see and it is new and working in this new version of the game. Playing will still be addictive experience, without mods like on PC with TFC mod manager it still is fun for the players on consoles.

Hunger system is coming in this update, which has been for a long while on other version, so be prepared to care more about the food and shiny pink pigs which will make you go wild for their meat in this game that’s for sure.

 

Minecraft – Pocket Edition gets an update

While most of us enjoy playing Minecraft on PC’s and consoles (Xbox 360) some people just don’t like to leave Minecraft world so they go on their smartphone and play right in the game. Mobile version of this world open world game doesn’t really have mods, with which one we use Mod Loader but it’s still great experience.

More elements from the core game have been added. Chests, food and beds are now included in a latest major update for this version of the game, which costs around 5 dollars or free on Android. More than 20 bugs have been fixed and now you can enjoy even more the whole experience when you are on your way to work or going home and relaxing while building some farms in front of your house.

We all remember how was an alpha version of original PC game, it didn’t even have half of the stuff it has now, and it’s working fine right now, so is it possible to see something like that on a mobile version too, will it grow out even more and we won’t call it a secondary minecraft or just an pocket edition which you can play if you don’t have an access to your game on computer.

1.3 update for Minecraft

You could say im stunned, sine these is kind of preview for 1.3 and the cool thing about it is you actually get XP for mining diamond, red stone and  even coal which we all need for our torches and burning houses down but only in self defense, remember that. Only the blocks you get ores from gives you experience to level up your champion or hero, whatever you call it.

Getting some new blocks back from destroying it on the ground is also possible from now on, building stuff will be easier, just like with the ice blocks which you can also get.  Different colors of wood is also something new to this Minecraft update which we already love so much. It’s just a joyful experience playing this game alone or with friends, still is amusing.

Writing down things in books in Minecraft

It’s possible from now on, you can’t write it in on the signs only but from now on you can do it in the books you make/ collect or even find somewhere. Just enter something cool and than press sign and close, you will have your title and creator, your registered account name. How will this new update affect Mod Loader we still don’t know but we hope there won’t be any problems.

After getting a new name MCMODDR, what changed ?

Copyright issues, they are gone along with the MCMODDR, no need to contact Copyright USA anymore (we are joking off course). The original creators are now in a way that developers can gain random rewards for their random efforts with MCMODDR of Minecraft.

So , let’s dive right into the changes that came with the new awesome new which we love, although at first easily misspelled, but later it gets easy.  So everything will be done in browser, there are no mistakes there fore and you can click jar which will then allow you to install mods from the click of a single button or if you download it from a website. 100kb size is a new thing and it is here to stay, no more 1.5 mb of a file size.

New name, new changes

One thing to know, the mods are not theirs therefore they need to watch out about putting them into some kind of a browser list or something like that since after all copyright with the Minecraft mods needs to be respected. There is no way of knowing that you did this mod or that hence the extra caution from the moderators.

Minecraft wasn’t so popular from the start, but when it came to that time Mod manager was an must have, using TFC Mod Manager for minecraft makes everything so easier with all the new drag and drop features.  Not so long time ago it was renamed to MCMODDR along with some other changes like you wont need nothing other but an Browser and remember this is The java applet application so we recommend Opera or Chrome from personal experience. Some ides have been also tossed around like adding a Run Minecraft button or Undo button which could help in future. While the official website is not online because of the updating as we hope to at least version 1.7 or something like that, cause that would make deleting mods or deactivating it. His username on forums is TomFromCollege, we hope he isnt too busy with his college cause Minecraft fans are ready to do some modding for sure.

Making sure the Application works on 64-bit system using Windows its important that u update it to the end, im sure creator worked on that so much but its just a small bug, probably with Java’s Minecraft.
